SCHOOL FEES POLICY

  • 1.  The school fee is payable directly in the school office, between 1st to 10th of the beginning of each installment month irrespective of the bank holidays ,by Cash / A/C payee cheque/Pay Order only, drawn in favour of SEVEN SQUARE ACADEMY. Please write the Name, Std. & Div. of the student on the reverse of the cheque.
  • 2.  If the school fee is not paid on or before 10th of the beginning of every installment, a surcharge will be levied @ Rs. 50/ per day till the dues are not cleared.
  • 3.  Any outstanding fees to be cleared before your ward sits for any exam.
  • 4.  In case if 10th of the month falls on a holiday the last date of payment of fees will be 9th of the month. The fee paid on the 11th of the month will be accepted with late fee.
  • 5.  If a cheque in dishonoured, the school will levy a charge of Rs 500/- Cheque once dishonoured, parents will have to pay entire year’s fee together in cash to avoid inconvenience.
  • 6.  Result will be handed over to the parents only after they clear all their dues.
  • 7.  No deductions will be made for vacation or for broken periods of the month.
  • 8.  cheques drawn should be correctly labelled as per prescribed norms. In case parents insist on giving overwrite cheques to our staff, parents are liable to pay the fines as applicable
  • 9.  Re-admission fees as applicable under school norms will be chargeable if fees is not paid till last date mentioned by the school.
  • 10.  Online payment gateway facility is also available in certain quater only.
