Dress code and appearance

Uniform & Grooming Policy

Students must be in complete school uniform on all school working days. They should ensure they are neatly dressed, maintain good personal hygiene, and carry a handkerchief, napkin, and spoon with their lunch. Lunch should be hygienic, healthy, and strictly vegetarian.

Category	Guidelines
Uniform Requirements	Any modification to the prescribed school uniform is not allowed. Faded, stained, or torn uniforms are not to be worn. Girls: Blue top and grey skirt. Boys (Primary): Light blue shirt and grey shorts. Boys (Secondary): Light blue shirt and grey trousers. Accessories: Black belt for boys.
Footwear	Black shoes: Only PT shoes provided by school are allowed on specified days. Monsoon: Black floaters may be worn. Socks: Seven Square Academy socks only.
Accessories & Jewellery	Expensive jewellery, watches, wristbands, or fancy metal bangles are not permitted. The school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Mobile phones, if found, will be confiscated. Tattoos on any part of the body are not allowed.
Hair & Appearance	Girls: Hair should be neatly tied or braided with a black hairband or clips. Short hair must be worn with a black hairband. Hair coloring or trendy hairstyles are strictly prohibited. Boys: Short, neatly trimmed slope cut is compulsory. No flicks, spikes, or dried hairstyles allowed. Students violating hair policy will be sent home and permitted only after correction.
Nails & Personal Hygiene	Nails must be short, clean, and trimmed regularly. Nail paint and mehndi are strictly not permitted.
