As per the CBSE Education Code, Article 60:
A. The following acts and conduct on the part of the students will amount to misconduct:
| 1. Misbehaviour towards teachers or any other employees of the school. |
| 2. Intentional disturbance of classes. |
| 3. Absence from classes without the permission of the Teacher/ Principal/Principal. |
| 4. Bullying/intimidation of others. |
| 5. Eve-teasing/Misbehaviour towards girl |
| 6. Damaging/Disfiguring school property students. |
| 7. Propagating a strike/disruption of classes. |
| 8. Association with banned organizations. |
| 9. Propagating communal/caste feeling amongst the students. |
| 10. Disobeying lawful orders of the Teachers/Vice-Principal/Principal. |
| 11. Indulging in physical violence beating/hitting physical fights in any manner. All medical expenses will be borne by parents of the defaulters. |
| 12. Bringing unauthorized people/articles inside the school. |
| 13. Theft/pilferage of school/student’s property. |
| 14. Any behaviour unbecoming of a student. |
| 15. Indulging in acts of moral turpitude. |
| 16. Copying in class is a serious offense. |
B. In above acts of misconduct, Principal shall take suitable action as per observations of the disciplinary committee depending on the gravity of the misconduct, which may include:
| i. Oral/written warnings to the students and parents. |
| ii. Suspension from attending classes/school . |
| iii. Recovery of loss to school property. |
| iv. Issue of Transfer Certificate. |
| v. Expulsion from school.School Management Committee can change the above rules and regulations any timewithout informing the parents. |
